How to verify your product
Most Anker, Baseus, UGREEN products carry a serial number or anti-counterfeit QR/scratch code on the box. Scan it or enter it on the brand’s official website. Need help? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll verify it with you.

Are your products really original?
Yes. We sell only genuine Anker, Baseus, UGREEN, LDNIO, Remax, Mcdodo, Onten, Romoss, Proove, HP, Tenwant, Awei, Generic products sourced from established importers. Every item is factory sealed and most carry a serial or QR code you can verify on the brand’s official website.
What happens if a product turns out to be fake?
You get a full refund including delivery charges. The loss is ours — that is our promise.
How do you set your prices?
We buy directly from established importers and keep a fair margin. Prices are fixed on the site, and the price you pay at checkout is final.
When will I receive my order?
Delivered within 5 working days of payment confirmation (Sundays excluded). Your purchase is confirmed once we confirm your payment.
What if an item is not available?
We refund the full amount, including delivery, within 24 hours. We never swap an item without asking. If you want something else instead, we refund you and you place a new order.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our Standard Chartered account (title: WALEED BIN NAVEED). Online payment from any banking app works too. After placing your order you get an order number. Send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp 0313 4277277 with that number; we check the amount in our account and confirm your order.
How many items can I order at once?
Up to 5 items per order.
Do products have brand warranty?
Warranty terms depend on the product and brand. Ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm the warranty for your item.
