Order terms
We keep buying simple and fair. These terms apply to every order on OliveTech.
1. How a purchase is made
- Placing an order gives you an order number (e.g. OT-123456). At this stage it is an order request.
- You pay the full price, including any delivery charge, in advance by bank transfer or online payment, and upload the screenshot on your order page.
- Your purchase is final once we confirm your payment. We email you to confirm it, with your delivery due date.
2. What you are buying
- Each item is brand-new and exactly as named on the site: the same brand, model number, colour or variant shown in its name and picture.
- We buy your items from established importers after your payment is confirmed. Until the parcel reaches you, any loss or damage is our responsibility, not yours.
3. Delivery time
- Delivered within 5 working days of payment confirmation (Sundays excluded). The exact due date is shown on your order page.
- Delivery is to the address on your order.
4. If an item is unavailable
- If we cannot supply an item, we tell you straight away and refund the full amount you paid for it, including delivery, within 24 hours.
- We never swap an item without your agreement. If you want a different product instead, we first refund you in full, and then you place a new order for it at its own price.
- If we miss the delivery due date, you may cancel and get a full refund, or choose to wait.
5. Prices, discounts and delivery fee
- The price shown at checkout is final. Delivery is Rs 350, free on orders over Rs 10,000.
- Promo codes apply only as described with the offer. If a discount cannot apply to an item, the checkout shows this before you order.
6. Originality guarantee and returns
- If any item is proven not original, you get a full refund including delivery. See our Original Guarantee.
- A wrong or damaged item? Tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo or video of the unboxing, and we replace or refund it.
7. Cancelling
- You can cancel an order request any time before paying, on your order page.
- After your payment is confirmed, message us on WhatsApp 0313 4277277. If we have not yet bought the item, we cancel it and refund you in full.
